Kian Glenn

Kian is passionate about improving the healthcare system for everyone. She has over a decade of consulting experience where she advised states on Medicaid financing and policy. As the Executive Director of Kiwi Collaborative she works with clients on project approaches and strategy and trains and develops the team. She is a natural connector and loves bringing people together to solve difficult problems.

Darnell Dixon

Darnell Dixon is a lifelong resident of Minneapolis and mother of three (under 5 years old) who creatively and collaboratively explores ways to bring increased equity and inclusion for Minneapolis residents and institutions. She currently leads Connected Roots programming, coordinates transportation for parents and refers families to resources as appropriate. She was the interim Chair and Treasurer for the Minneapolis Public School’s (MPS) Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Parent Council. She is a great listener who understands the needs of the community and advocates for them.
